IPA summer release 2013

Published Date: June 1st, 2013: IPA┬« is a powerful web-based knowledge base system designed for biologists. IPA now released their summer-2013 update with more capabilities and some important changes.

Causal Network AnalysisÔ£┤: Prioritize and explore hypotheses, define mechanistic classes of regulators
Explore which molecules are unique or shared among lists, biomarker filters, pathways, tox lists, analyses, datasets, or BioProfilerÔ£┤ results with the new interactive Venn diagram in the Compare tool.
Take advantage of more comprehensive causal analytics with new ubiquitin edges.

Other IPA Application Improvements in this Release
Fixed an issue that caused a small number of z-scores to be calculated incorrectly in Causal Network Analysis.
More easily browse to datasets, analyses and lists that you wish to overlay with the new alphabetical sort option.
Save time, and enable interactive comparisons by saving your BioProfilerÔ£┤ filter settings.
Experimental metadata display improvements.
See the cutoffs you used for your analysis in the Summary tab.
Canonical Pathway scores are now available in the Comparison Analysis heat map.
Resolved a Java issue that caused your computer to warn of potentially unsafe components.

Content Updates ~115,00 new findings bringing total to ~4.7 million findings.
