Content Updates
- ~70,000 new findings (total of nearly 5.3 million findings), including:
- ~36,000 new Expert findings
- ~800 new ExpertAssist findings
- ~23,000 new protein-protein interactions from IntAct database
- ~8,600 new mutation-to-disease findings from ClinVar
- ~1,300 new gene-to-biological process assertions from Gene Ontology (GO)
- ~1,200 new disease target findings from ClinicalTrials.gov
- ~1,700 new drug to disease findings from ClinicalTrials.gov
- ~300 new mouse knockout-to-phenotype findings in Mouse Genome Database (JAX Labs)
- ~200 new gene to disease findings from OMIM
Revised signaling pathways:
- AMPK Signaling Pathway: Nodes encompassing 30 additional Entrez Gene IDs have been added.
